The victim, a 4 year old male was accidentally run over by a riding mower which was being operated by his grandmother. The victim apparently ran in front of the mower and the operator could not stop in time. The victim received a massive head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Never give kids rides on mowers or tractors.

Surveys show just one half of all households with riding mowers and children under 10 allow kids to ride.

CPSC surveys also show that hundreds of kids are run over or backed over each year by mowers with blades traveling at over 200 mph!
